Catches prospect/client threads going cold. SCOPE RULE: Use ONLY sean@seanmattsson.com (account_id d48c9e2643f643aeb3c4dacf347245b8). Pass --account d48c9e2643f643aeb3c4dacf347245b8 on every Gmail command. Steps: 1. Read /opt/hatch/skills/gmail/SKILL.md and follow its Gmail flows. List sent mail from the last 14 days (in:sent newer_than:14d), up to 20 threads, newest first. 2. For each thread, fetch the thread and find the latest message. Flag the thread if ALL of these hold: the latest message is from Sean himself, it is older than 7 days, and the thread has at least one external (non-Sean) participant. Skip newsletters, receipts, and threads where he was never expecting a reply. 3. Post the nudge list here in plain words: one line per quiet thread — who it's with, subject, days since his last message, and one suggested nudge angle (e.g. "follow up with the ROI one-pager"). Order by days quiet, longest first. If nothing is quiet, end silently. 4. Append a one-line outcome note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (date in ET): threads scanned, threads flagged. Hard rules: never send, reply, forward, mark, archive, or label anything. Read-only. If the Gmail connector reports a rate limit or auth problem, end silently.
