Sean's territory: 40 ZIPs listed in ~/workspace/goals/sales-weapon-ae-copilot/hidden_files/territory-zips.txt (Lehigh Valley 180xx/181xx/182xx + fringe 18343, 18661). His existing/targeted accounts are in ~/workspace/goals/sales-weapon-ae-copilot/hidden_files/strategic-accounts.txt (200 accounts — never re-suggest these). ICP (from his call workbook verticals): faith organizations, schools/education, local government/municipal, healthcare practices, professional services (law, finance, insurance, engineering), nonprofits/clubs — typically 10–200 employee organizations in-territory likely to run print fleets and need managed IT / cybersecurity / document workflow. Steps: 1. Read the territory ZIPs and the strategic account list. Read ~/workspace/goals/sales-weapon-ae-copilot/hidden_files/prospect-history.txt (create if missing) — companies already suggested in prior weeks; never repeat them. 2. Using web search (places/business search), find 25–40 NEW companies in the territory ZIPs that fit the ICP and are not in the strategic list or history. Spread across verticals and ZIPs; favor organizations with visible signals of print/IT need (multiple locations, 20+ staff, recent expansion). 3. Write a Maptive-ready CSV to ~/workspace/goals/sales-weapon-ae-copilot/files/prospects-YYYY-MM-DD.csv (ET date) with columns: Company, Address, City, State, ZIP, Phone, Website, Vertical, Employees (estimate), Notes (one-line why-it-fits). 4. Append the new company names to prospect-history.txt. 5. Post in the chat: how many new prospects, the vertical/ZIP spread in a few lines, and attach the CSV file. 6. Append a one-line outcome note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (ET date): prospect count, CSV path. Hard rules: never invent companies — every row must be a real, verifiable business. Never include a company already in the strategic accounts or history. Never contact anyone. Never name tools, queries, or file paths in the chat report (the CSV attachment is the deliverable).
