Steps: 1. Read /opt/hatch/skills/notion/SKILL.md and follow it. Fetch the Deal Board database (page id 66d23a95548a4281bdfc25b4e9f67eda) to confirm its data source id (currently collection://527ed04b-5431-401c-8b3f-dc4195b7415e). Query all rows: Name, Company, Stage, Value, Next Step, Last Touch, Renewal Date. 2. If there are no open deals (Stage not in Closed Won / Closed Lost), post one line: "Deal Board is empty — send me your active deals and I'll load them." Then end. 3. Post the review in plain words: - "Pipeline snapshot": open deal count and total value, grouped by stage. - "Stalled": deals with Last Touch older than 14 days (or never set) — one line each with days since last touch, plus a 2–3 sentence personalized re-engagement nudge draft for each (not sent — Sean approves first). - "Renewal radar": deals with Renewal Date in the next 90 days — one line each with the date. - "Next week's focus": the top 3 moves for next week, ordered by value x urgency, each with a concrete next step. Keep it tight and skimmable. Never name commands, queries, flags, or ids in the report. 4. Append a one-line outcome note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (date in ET): open deals, total value, stalled count, renewals flagged. Hard rules: read-only everywhere — never edit Notion, never touch Gmail (no Gmail needed for this job). Never contact anyone. Never invent deals. Drafts are drafts: nothing gets sent.
