Follow-up for Sean: check whether his work email setup is done. If yes, collect the inputs needed to build the sales weapon (AE copilot): (1) his named/strategic account list for the trigger watch, (2) which CRM Stratix uses (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), (3) his territory definition for Maptive prospect batches, and (4) which inbox/calendar to watch for prospect meetings and replies. If email setup isn't done yet, remind him what's blocking and offer the workaround (start with the trigger watch on named accounts, which needs no inbox access).
