Proposal signal watch (Sean's standing order 2026-10-06): every 30 minutes, check for customer buying signals from the interactive proposals.

Steps:
1. Run `python3 ~/workspace/quote-automation/proposal_signal_watch.py` and read its JSON output.
2. If `"new_signals": 0`, stay silent (no chat report needed).
3. If new signals exist: the watcher already parsed each "Proposal configuration" email, updated the opportunity (next_action = CALL with the configured model and monthly total) and marked the dashboard entry engaged.
4. Alert the main chat IMMEDIATELY for each signal: company name, contact, the exact configuration they chose (model, term, monthly total), any add-on interests, and the recommended call opener. This is a hot lead: they played with the proposal and told us what they want. Quote the monthly total exactly as parsed.
5. Never contact the customer. If the watcher errors, report the error text. Observations go to the daily log ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md; do not edit MEMORY.md.
