Run ~/hooks/scripts/voicenotes-notion-sync.sh. It prints AUTH_FAILED (Voicenotes not reconnected yet), [] (nothing new), or a JSON array of new recordings. 2. If AUTH_FAILED or []: end silently. No message, no log row. 3. For each recording: read the transcript and write a tight sales-style summary (decisions made, pains uncovered, action items with owners, next step + date). 4. Create a row in the Meeting Recordings database (notion data_source_id 9b26b56c-a57c-4f35-acdc-061fe7e049d4): Name = recording title, Date = recorded date, Duration = minutes, Source = Voicenotes, Voicenotes ID = id, Summary = your summary. Put the full transcript in the page content. 5. Match it to a meeting: search the Meetings database (data_source_id c9d1bdf8-fb1b-43f0-9f2a-4222e4ea749d) for a meeting on the same date, or whose company/contact name appears in the title or transcript. If confident, set the Meeting relation on the recording row. If the recording reveals next steps or a follow-up date, update that Meeting row too. 6. If no meeting matches confidently, leave the relation empty. 7. In the Work chat, report briefly ONLY when new recordings were logged: which meeting, one-line takeaway. Stay silent otherwise.
