Steps: 1. Read tomorrow's (ET) events from Sean's Google Calendar (sean@seanmattsson.com, now connected — read /opt/hatch/skills/google-calendar/SKILL.md and follow its flows; use +agenda for tomorrow's date range in America/New_York). If Google Calendar is unavailable, fall back to the paired iPhone: run device.list to find it, then device.describe to get the exact calendar search command and its argument schema, then invoke it for tomorrow's full date range in America/New_York. If both are unreachable, end silently. 2. Identify EXTERNAL meetings: events with attendees/guests from outside domains, or titles/locations indicating a client/prospect visit (e.g. company names, "site visit", "lunch with"). Skip internal meetings, personal events, and events with no attendees and no client signal. Cap at 5 meetings; if none, end silently. 3. For each external meeting, research the company with browser.search (keep it light — a few targeted searches, not a deep dive): recent news in the last 90 days (funding, leadership changes, breaches, expansion, new locations), business basics (industry, rough size, HQ), and anything signaling Stratix relevance (office moves/expansions = print fleet opportunity, breach news = cybersecurity angle, growth = managed IT need). 4. Post one dossier here per meeting, in plain words: - Who/when/where (ET times) - Company snapshot: 2 lines - Why-now signals: what's changed recently that creates an opening - Talk track: how Stratix (managed IT, cybersecurity, document workflow, printer fleets) fits this specific company - 3 sharp questions to ask in the meeting Keep each dossier tight and skimmable. Never name commands, queries, flags, or ids in the report. 5. Append a one-line outcome note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (date in ET): how many external meetings found and dossier'd. Hard rules: research only public information. Never contact anyone, never send anything. If a company can't be identified from the event, say so in one line and move on.
