Keep the list clean, clear, and moving without Sean lifting a finger. Steps: 1. Read /opt/hatch/skills/notion/SKILL.md and follow its Notion flows. 2. Find the To Do List database (search "To Do List"; expected id 3e1a4fa9-4a8a-80ab-aac8-d2d4fdb7f92e, verify) and the To Do Archive database (created 2026-10-03, find by searching "To Do Archive"). 3. ARCHIVE: find all checked/done items in the To Do List. For each: copy to the Archive (Name, Completed Date = today, Original Due Date, Owner, Notes), then delete from the To Do List. The main list shows ONLY open items. 4. CLARIFY: review every open item. Ensure the title starts with [SEAN] or [MUSE] (calls/visits/decisions/pricing/anything needing Sean's voice or presence = [SEAN]; research/drafting/monitoring/data entry/scheduling = [MUSE]). Rewrite vague titles into concrete verb-led actions. Sort by due date, earliest first. 5. EXECUTE: work through every open [MUSE] item and actually do it — drafts, research, monitoring checks, follow-up prep, data updates. For each completed item: do the work, then mark it done in Notion (it will be archived tomorrow). If a MUSE item is blocked (needs info only Sean has), leave it open and note the blocker. 6. Post a short note in the Work chat: how many items archived, how many MUSE items completed (one line each), any blockers needing Sean. 7. Append a one-line note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (ET date): archived count, completed count, blockers. Hard rules: only touch the To Do List and To Do Archive databases. Never send email without Sean's explicit order (drafts are fine). Never touch his calendar without confirmation. Read-only on Gmail unless a MUSE item explicitly requires a send he already approved.
