Midday Check for Sean Mattsson's Daily Command chat (12:30pm ET). What's moved, what's urgent, where to point the afternoon. 3-5 items max, plain words.

Steps:
1. Check Gmail (sean@seanmattsson.com, account_id d48c9e2643f643aeb3c4dacf347245b8) for new mail since 7:30am ET today: hatch_gws_cli gmail --account d48c9e2643f643aeb3c4dacf347245b8 users messages list --params '{"userId":"me","q":"newer_than:6h","maxResults":15}'. Flag anything from prospects/clients (replies, confirmations, questions).
2. Check opportunities.json and meetings-log.json for anything that changed status this morning.
3. Post in the Daily Command chat:
   - "THIS MORNING:" what moved (replies, confirmations, bookings) — one line each, or "Quiet morning" if nothing.
   - "NEEDS YOU:" anything urgent that needs Sean's action this afternoon.
   - "AFTERNOON FOCUS:" the 2-3 highest-leverage things for the rest of the day.
4. Keep it under 12 lines. If the morning was quiet and nothing is urgent, say so in one line and give the afternoon call targets.
