Every morning, remind him what HE needs to get done today (not the assistant's items). Steps: 1. Read /opt/hatch/skills/notion/SKILL.md and follow its Notion flows. 2. Query the To Do List database (data_source_id collection://3e1a4fa9-4a8a-8087-8db6-000b2f25ff0f — verify with notion-search "To Do List" if unsure) for open items: filter where Done is not checked. 3. Keep only items owned by SEAN (Owner = SEAN, or title prefixed [SEAN], or untagged items that clearly need his voice/presence/judgment: phone calls, site visits, decisions, pricing). Skip [MUSE] items — those are handled silently. 4. Order by urgency: overdue first, then due today, then this week, then no date. 5. Post in the Work chat, plain words, short and scannable: "Your action items today:" followed by one line per item (what + due date if any). Keep it tight — no fluff, no explanations. 6. If there are genuinely zero open Sean items, post one line: "Nothing on your plate today." 7. Append a one-line note to ~/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md (ET date): how many items reminded. Hard rules: never mark items done, never edit the list, read-only on the database. Work chat only. This is a reminder, not a briefing — keep it under 15 lines.
